The entire process was very smooth and expeditious. HR was very responsive and provided organizational context throughout the interview process. Everyone seemed personable and respectful, however, there seemed to be a lack of diversity based on the lack of POC interviewers and the responses to my direct questions regarding diversity. This process was completely virtual.
