A couple of phone interviews with recruiter. Thirty minute interview with the departments head(s). A three hour interview panel, 2 different people each hour. Overall the interview process a very pleasant experience and they were very prompt on appointments and time. They were very persistent about you knowing their company culture to a point that it was obsessive. Their website is full of testimonials and community outreach programs but at the same time it is very hard to figure out what they actually do? If someone asked you to look them up online and ask what type of company they are, you would be hard pressed to give a definitive answer. I was very pleased with the whole process until the end, got ghosted and had to find out on my own that I didn't get the position. For all the interviews and the entire process, a little bit of common courtesy for a yes or no.
