Exhaustive interview process. 60+ days from initial request for an interview to a final decision. 3 different interviews: 1. A 30 min phone screen. 2. An hour long Microsoft Teams virtual meeting with the hiring manager. 3. A 7-person panel interview over 2 days on Microsoft Teams (4+ hours). 2 weeks after the panel interview (on the afternoon of December 23rd right before the Holidays), received a phone call “We wanted to give you feedback and we actually decided you do not have enough commercial real estate experience, so not the best fit for you.” Terrible experience as an applicant.
