Intial phone interview followed by 1 hr person interview. The panel interview is with a director and 3 managers. The senior manager said she will give me a call in a week but received an automatical rejections in 2 days. The rejection letter is the same letter they email when your applications doesn't pass for an interview. I would rather have a personable rejections than a robot rejection.
