Applied online, received an email to interview Summer 2020. Interview was via zoom. 4 applicants (including self), 7 unit directors, and HR rep to facilitate. HR rep asked everyone 5 questions.
Panel Interview - 4 candidates and about 8 others (managers,etc.) in the interview. Facilitator asks the candidates the same 4 questions but in different order. Mostly behavioral style questions. It was on Zoom.

I had four people interview me for the unit interviews. All were extremely friendly and caring. I think I let me nerves get the best of me, but they truly were so welcoming. So walk in there with confidence and study interview tips and you will do great.
