I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Fairly basic interview process. The first interview was held via phone, the next interview was conducted in person with a small panel. The interview was based on behavioral structure, in which they asked me to describe experiences in my job history and explain how I handled various scenarios. Pretty standard.

Interview
The interview process was very long. There was an initial call from HR to see if I was a fit for the position before moving onto the hiring manager. After that I had two group interviews and another one-on-one interview and an onsite visit. I think all in all- the interview process took about 2 months?

Question 1
What are some words to describe yourself? Why are you leaving your current company? Please describe a time when you had conflict with a coworker. Please describe a time where you had to solve the problem. What is your strength and weakness?
It was okay but mostly due to recruiter being inaccurate. I would try to apply again in future! Wish they had more remote options and flexibility for commuter benefits. Takes along time to hear back about applications
