Phone screen to schedule for on-site interview. The recruiter asked if I am familiar with the company and ask about my situation. He decided not to proceed with me after knowing my work visa status during the interview. He gave me a lot of excuses for not hiring certain work visa holder. It was very unprofessional and rude and he should have asked me before the interview process.
