Interview
I had 2 interviews one with only project manager than other with whole community development team. We went over my experience and my history with construction plans and community development. The second interview had 5 people come meet me and ask me questions as a group. Then I waited for a call or email back from them the following day.

Interview
Interview went well, super friendly. Got an offer extended 5 days later. The hiring manager told me to make sure it is the offer I want and encouraged me to negotiate. The offer was rescinded because of the 12% difference between their offer and mine. Apparently, negotiating anything more than what they are willing is frowned upon.

Interview
Simple and easy Straight on point Gave them direct answers on what they were looking for. Got tired of their interview process so I started questioning them on designing and technical part where they got thinking on where they stand.

What are your design capabilities and understanding
Had an hour interview from two mid-level employees. I was asked about past work experience and what my current interests were. I didn't have to answer any technical engineering questions.
