Two rounds of interviews. One with HR to confirm my resume and experience, and one with the manager and technical lead for the position. Both interviews were conducted o online.
Standard interview with HR and technical type questions. The interview was approximately 45 minutes. After the interview, references were through survey platform where all 4 references complete a survey and results are averaged and provided into one comprehensive report for the hiring team to review.
