The interview was long and thorough. They asked a lot of their questions and they answered a lot of mine. I had to separate interviews, the final one was with a few members of the team. After the interview the required quite a few referrals
3 steps process. First phone call with recruiter. That is followed by a virtual interview with hiring manager and potential team members. After that there was a follow up meeting.

I went through 1 recruiting call followed by the interview 2&1/2 half weeks later(with a lot of follow ups) then it took nearly 2-3 more weeks for the second interview with the lead designer and head of design and then there has been total silence for a month and I fear now that I have been ghosted
