I was already working with Staples, so many people aready knew who I was. I was interviewed by the district manager, program manager, and finally, the store manager. They were not only looking for someone who was smart with working with computer, but had the ability to lead a team in being the best in the business with technology. Make it a point to show how you've been a leader in the past whether it's being a team captain, lead in another job, or even showing how you would lead. I used the fact I was on many councils back in high school, 3 years varsity hockey captain, and helped start up the tech program at my high school.
