4 interviews in total.. Two were with HR and those were both typical interview questions. They are trying to understand how you lead people. Be ready to speak about your leadership style. Interview with the district manager was long and highly unconventional which I welcomed. He let me know at the end he would be making an offer. 4th interview was a 5 minute conversation with the regional manager.

The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.
Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
