It was basically 'go through resume' process. 1:1 on campus interview. Since staples geared to the finance services, the interview questions was mainly based on the behavior questions, such as what kind of conflict have you got during the internship and how did you solve it? Since it was the campus interview, they also asked me why you choose your majors and why you choose your current university. It was not an intimidating conversation, more informal, yet very informative. The interview gave me lots of information of the company's current finance system, and less questions towards to me.
