Applied online and the assistant store manager contacted me for a 1:1 interview the next day. The 1:1 interview took about 20 minutes. Although I met all the technical experience requirements, I didn't have any sales experience so that affected me getting hired.

I applied as an associate looking to advance. I led the department in sales before applying. Interview was very easy, as I was the best fit for the job. Interviewed with Sales and Service manager, General manager, and District manager. General store manager interview was the longest, as he wanted to know exactly how I was going to benefit him and the store, and wanted an action plan.
