Applied through LinkedIn and received a message from the Recruiter. Applied on site and had initial call with the Recruiter. After initial conversation, went on to have 2 additional interviews with the Director of Selling & Engagement and a Regional Manager for stores. Received a call a day later with a verbal offer from the Recruiter. Was told because it was summer it would take a few days for the written offer. After being run around for 2 weeks, I was told the position was on hold and they would likely hire after busy season in Mid-September but to try to hang tight as I was the one they wanted for the role. I followed up in the beginning of September and was told the role was on hold indefinitely. Just received a canned email response, almost 3 months after my verbal offer, that I was no longer being considered for the role. There was no communication from the Recruiter nor the Director of the program with this update. Highly disappointed in the run around I was given. An awful experience.
