I found a job and applied through a friend who currently works there as a referral. Once I submitted my application, it took around a week for the recruiter to reach out to me asking for an interview with her: - Interview one (recruiter): 30-min phone call, typical screening interview. - Interview two (hiring manager): a couple days after I spoke with the recruiter, she called me back and said she would like to schedule some time for me to meet with the hiring manager. This was a 30-min video call. This was, again, really nice and conversational. A couple of days after my second interview, the recruiter called me to let me know they are moving with another candidate. Although I didn't get the job, I did appreciate the fact that she call me (instead of sending an email) to let me know of the results.
