It was pre pandemic. First English proficiency test followed by video interview by agency. If your are selected then client interview that’s a whole day process where there is group discussion , role play and one on one interview . Mostly they ask sales related questions, previous experience and why you want to join the cruise lines. Now the process must have changed post pandemic so can’t really comment on that .

The horrible attitude of the interviewer. Negative and demeaning. They are the first window to the company. I was so enthusiastic and hyped up before the interview, but she managed to disappoint me so much
Group interview followed by individual interview. They valued participation and demeanor during the group interview to filter candidates. Folks with average speaking skills made it through, so it’s not hard to get in.
