I filed an online application to the stores in my area and got called in for an interview around a week later. The interview was pretty relaxed; the store manager sat me down and asked me some generic interview questions. I think they just wanted to see your personality and to make sure that you are an enthusiastic and trustworthy person.

Went in to interview for the Barista position and had a one-on-one interview with the manager - was asked standard behavioral interview questions. I was not prepared and wasn't giving the manager the answers he wanted (I could tell he wanted to get it over with as fast as possible). wish I had known about Glassdoor beforehand! Practice those questions so you don't babble and blank out like I did.

Handed in a CV to a store. A manager called me. Short phone interview. Was called in for a 1 on 1 interview, that lasted approx 25 minutes. After that, was called into a store for a trial day. A few days later I was offered the job.
