You go in, you’re offered a free drink. It’s okay to say yes, in fact it’s even better than saying no. Now you get to bond over your favorite drink while you interview. You sit down, usually in the lobby. She comes in with her computer and asks her questions. Just relax, and be friendly, if you’re not easygoing and answering the questions well, you’re likely to get hired.

Question 1
Tell me about a time, you handled conflict with co-worker at work.
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
