Interview
Went through two interviews, really just showed my bubbly personality. Put an emphasis on how much I like building connections with people. That's mainly wat they're looking for, they've been on a kick about putting the customer first and really meeting their needs. I have been hired by them twice now.

Question 1
If a customer was unhappy with their beverage that they got or it was made wrong, what would you do?
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
