The interview process was pretty much exactly as described online. The first interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions, so I would recommend preparing a few examples from past work or customer service experiences using the STAR method. The second interview was very relaxed and conversational. If you make it to this stage, it’s a coffee tasting with the district manager, who asks a few additional questions and focuses more on getting to know you as a person and seeing if you’d be a good fit for the team. Overall, I found the process straightforward and not overly intimidating.
