Sat down with the Manager and he asked the usual questions "What made you apply for a position here?", "Describe an instance where you had to deal with an unruly customer", etc. Very standard and straight-forward interview. The workers were very welcoming and competent behind the bar, and I felt very much at ease. My advice would be to dress professionally (being overdressed is ALWAYS safer than being underdressed) and project confidence, competence, and enthusiasm. That's oft the very half of it, if not 90%.
