I applied online on a Sunday evening and was called the next day for an interview the following week. She mentioned it was a job fair, so there might be a significant amount of waiting. When I arrived, it was unclear where I needed to go to sign in and ask for who I was supposed to ask for. After signing in, I waited about 35-40 minutes, but it was understandable considering how many applicants were present and that she had forewarned me. Plus, I got a free drink! Score! Unfortunately, when it was my turn, it seemed my interviewer was burnt out and unfocused. She did not maintain eye contact and was distracted by other conversations and at one point excused herself from the interview to talk with someone across the room. I attribute the negative experience to the job fair atmosphere--so many people and distractions. The interview questions and conversation were average, but unfortunately I did not feel adequately engaged with my interviewer.
