It's good to dress nice but not TOO nice, I suggest wearing something that helps you stand out from other candidates (wear a big smile). I had a one on one interview first and he asked me only 3 questions about my past customer service experience and then told me to stick around. After waiting there I was called again to do a group interview where they proceeded to ask me a handful of questions. They asked about mostly negative customer experiences and you better have a happy ending. They also want to know a little more about you to see if you will fit in so let your personality shine, honestly. They said that we'll know by the end of the week if we got it, and they called me on the last day. I know that if I didn't get a call, to not bother calling them.
