meet one on one with the assistant store manager in the coffee shop, was very easy comfortable interview, made sure to ask questions to let them know how interested I really was, at the end he said he would call in a few days to let me know either way, few days later he called and offered me the job, gotta pick my start date which conveniently was memorial day so got holiday pay for training :) asked simple interview questions such as tell me about a time you went above and beyound for a customer...

The process was simple and easy. They asked basic interview questions and it didn't take more than 20 minutes. After the first interview, there was a second interview with similar, if not the same, questions.
Average interview asked availability and some other basic questions like tell me about yourself and what are your weaknesses but they just keep postings up even when they are not hiring
