One interview, very basic situational questions. What would you do if... Give an instance when... Come dressed professionally -- amazing how many kids I saw come into the store for interviews who were wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Don't be that guy. Interview process took about 30 minutes.

At the end of a hard work day, how do you make it through the last hour?
Multiple interviews at different stores because timing was a challenge. The interviewers were nice and thorough. I was asked about my availability and what days and times i preferred and what my summer plans would be.
Asked about my prev work experience. Asked how I would handle certain scenarios. It was an easy interview as long as you are competent. They know this is probably your first job.
Met with the store manager and discussed the in store experience and expectations regarding interacting with customers, the high pressure work environment and how to handle complaints from customers and how to work with others.
