Interview
I went in and asked to meet the manager. I then got an interview the next week. In person, one on one. Simple questions about customer service and an introduction into the Starbucks cultural values. I had to pick one item in the store and sell it to the interviewer. I chose a mug and they let me keep it and get the job!

There were no hard or unexpected questions. It is Starbucks so you should expect questions a little harder than McDonald's.
The process was simple and easy. They asked basic interview questions and it didn't take more than 20 minutes. After the first interview, there was a second interview with similar, if not the same, questions.
Average interview asked availability and some other basic questions like tell me about yourself and what are your weaknesses but they just keep postings up even when they are not hiring
It is a pretty straight forward process. The Interview will most likely be 15 mins max. They will most likely ask you situational interview questions and your long term goals.
