Interview
An online application was submitted followed by a walk-in to the store where I left my name and number and request that they look at my application. I received a phone interview to determine basic job information followed by an in-person interview which resulted in a job offer.

How do you see yourself being successful in this job position?
Multiple interviews at different stores because timing was a challenge. The interviewers were nice and thorough. I was asked about my availability and what days and times i preferred and what my summer plans would be.
Asked about my prev work experience. Asked how I would handle certain scenarios. It was an easy interview as long as you are competent. They know this is probably your first job.
Met with the store manager and discussed the in store experience and expectations regarding interacting with customers, the high pressure work environment and how to handle complaints from customers and how to work with others.
