couple questions which were pretty easy, nothing too specific and it was easy I think. It was basic questions like do you drink coffee and do you drink coffee, also how often you shop at starbucks, nothing too hard. I didn't get asked about any criminal background during my interview questions which is nice of them, they seem like a good company and seem to care about me a lot.

Question 1
Did I ever make any coffee, did I ever work as a cashier
The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. They were willing to train me in areas I needed. The interviewer was friendly and open to hearing my strengths. She put me at ease when I got there by being warm and friendly.
Inconsistent and not transparent. Very vague and not sharing details of the role or pay rate. Odd questions that didn’t have to do with the role but the person themselves was nice.

I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (Maricopa, AZ) in Jun 2026
Interview
The person interviewing me was very nice, and we sat at the tables outside. A lot of the questions required you to think of a time you handled this or that.
