Fairly straightforward interview process, talking through your experience and fit for the role, some situational questions using Star method and why you want to work here.
Felt relaxed and comfortable.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Berthoud, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was brought in for an interview with the general manager at the location and was told I’d be asked to come back for a second one by Monday. My original interview was on a Friday. The following Friday, I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told that they couldn’t get a hold of the district manager so they’d get back to me either later that Friday or the next day Saturday. By Saturday I hadn’t heard anything back so I emailed them Tuesday. I got an email back Tuesday saying that the district manager had been out of town. I finally got my second interview scheduled for Monday, but on Friday I was called and told that they didn’t wanna do the second interview because it was a waste of their time. Very unprofessional. They string me along for two weeks and then tell me that doing a second interview is a waste of time.
