Interview
I sat down with the manager. The entire interview was maybe 10 mins long. It was very easy and she told me that. I was hired. And when to come in for training before I left.BUT I sent in about applications online and never heard back. My BF and I were walking past the store and noticed the "now hiring" sign in the window so he convinced me to go in. So my advice is to be proactive if you've been waiting to hear back from Starbucks it seems like they don't really check applications too often. Just walk in and ask for the manager. Good luck!
The process was simple and easy. They asked basic interview questions and it didn't take more than 20 minutes. After the first interview, there was a second interview with similar, if not the same, questions.
Average interview asked availability and some other basic questions like tell me about yourself and what are your weaknesses but they just keep postings up even when they are not hiring
It is a pretty straight forward process. The Interview will most likely be 15 mins max. They will most likely ask you situational interview questions and your long term goals.
