I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Starbucks (Norco, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
My interview was pretty laid back and focused primarily on my previous experience with customers/the company as a former barista. It was about 30-40 minutes and seemed to go well! Haven't received an offer just yet, but am holding out hope that I do soon.

In person with the manager at the location. Basic questions around past experience and understanding of role. Some situational and behavioral questions asked. Having worked for Starbucks before was an easy experience despite it having been a long time ago
