Free coffee when I checked in for my interview. You really don't need a lot of prior experience to work here. I think just knowing the difference between a mocha and cappuccino puts you ahead of about 90% of applicants

In person with the manager at the location. Basic questions around past experience and understanding of role. Some situational and behavioral questions asked. Having worked for Starbucks before was an easy experience despite it having been a long time ago

Just a simple interview where you talk about your experience and get a free coffee as well. Your best bet is to be really friendly and bubbly and excited with completely open availability
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
