I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Starbucks (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
fairly uncomplicated and straightforward interview process. I was hired on the spot at a hiring fair that I was invited to, but the information should apply to nearly any situation. Simply read over the missions and values on their website and about the timeline of the company, and find the company lookbook pdf & dress accordingly––you can forgo some of the company's "foodsafe" dress requirements such as a headband and jewelry. Even if you have no food experience and/or little to no work experience, the main thing is to show a bit of who you are and how that aligns with their alledged missions and values (of course I'm saying this all with the understanding that I really didn't––and still don't care much about Starbucks as a corprotation and think that they're very much malaligned with their own ideals, this is just what I did to get a job).
In person with the manager at the location. Basic questions around past experience and understanding of role. Some situational and behavioral questions asked. Having worked for Starbucks before was an easy experience despite it having been a long time ago

Question 1
Tell me about a Time you delivered excellent service
Just a simple interview where you talk about your experience and get a free coffee as well. Your best bet is to be really friendly and bubbly and excited with completely open availability
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
