The interview process was straight forward and courteous. The manager arrived on time and even offered me a drink before we started. These interviews often last about 30 minutes and focus on understanding your personality, work ethic, and how well you align with the company culture.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe an occasion where working in a team didn't pan out as you hoped and how you handled it.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
