They asked about my experience working in coffee shops, why I’m interested in working specifically at Starbucks, and if I’m flexible with my schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
