Very friendly but can be dependent on which manager is interviewing you as I've met some managers that were not as nice. My personal experience was very laid back and friendly. It was in person, one manger asking me questions and a supervisor taking notes down. Both very friendly people.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
