I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I saw several employees wearing shorts so I became very confused. I interviewed with 3 employees all which seemed nice but unprepared for the interview. The role was summarized as opening mail which was different from what was listed with the job responsibilities. Although I was overqualified for the position I applied with the company due to the development opportunities that I have heard about the company but due the lack of preparation that I noticed within seconds I realized this was not the company for me. Interviewer hadn't reviewed my resume and out of 3 interviewers no one could explain what a day in the role would entail or the culture of the facility. When I asked about the culture of the facility the interviewer said what do you mean by culture ? We have young, middle aged, and old people and I guess we like food bc we eat a lot.
