It begins with them telling you about themselves. Then they explain the job. Next is the question, tell me about yourself. Then follows with formal interview questions. Then they ask if you have any questions or anything else you would like to add.

It was drawn out. I finally heard from them a month and a half after I had applied, got a phone interview, then came in for a formal interview that consisted of two separate interviews with different members of management.
