Lengthy (and I didn't even get to the final interview), cold interviewer, very scripted, kept asking, "what was the situation there" just seemed interested in why I left jobs instead of what I did at them

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
