I emailed a resume and cover letter and was contacted in the next couple of days. I did a phone interview and went in for an in-person interview a few weeks later. The interview was very laid back and the job recruiter was friendly. They did a great job of making you feel welcome and at-ease.

My interview process consisted of 2 interviews. 1. A video interview where you get computer asked questions and you respond to them over video. 2. An interview with a panel of people that were on the marketing team. They asked a series of situational, personality, and experience related questions.

Q: What are some real life scenarios where you were doing marketing? What were the numbers that came out of that? (increase in clicks, quotes, etc)
Great interview process. Really interactive and considerate of what the person being hired is looking for. Would recommend but have to work way up the ladder to make any pay.
The interview process was overall well organized. They were very well organized an straight to the point. The ask very detail questions about the interview. I was able to answer all the questions straight forward.
