Interview
This website has really helped me so I thought I would try to do the same. This is my basic timeline for getting hired so hopefully it helps some of you feel better about the wait times. The interview was not stressful but definitely think of examples of situations that happened at prior jobs BEFORE the interview.
I applied online (Day 1). Was sent the disclosure for the testing which I completed and returned that day (+4 days). They then sent me the assessment (+5) and was notified the next day (+6) that I would be contacted later with depending on my results. After 5 days, I hadn't heard anything so I applied to another similar position with State Farm but it paid a little less (+12). Three hours later, I got an email saying I was selected for a 30 minute phone interview for both positions and to send them my availability. The next day (+13) they confirmed my interview for the following day. I had my phone interview which was several behavioral interview questions that you need to answer using the STAR technique (+14) and received a call the next week (+18). They offered me the lower paying position but said the class for the job I originally applied for was full. They said there would be another class but not until June. I declined their offer because I wanted to hold out for a better paying job. I did not hear anything for a few weeks and then got a call offering me the job I wanted (+35). I'm out of state so the whole process was done over the phone and through email.

Interview
Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.

Question 1
A question regarding how would I handle a claim where claimant was not providing documents for a claim.
Very simply. I went through a virtual interview. This was my first time doing one of these. The process was simple. I thought it was helpful in preparation for the real thing.
