Process took about 3weeks did the app online a couple days later did a test online basically just a typing and stimulation test pretty easy. 3days later I got a interview to set up a phone interview phone interview was schedule a week from the email date. The interviewer will ask the behavioral question so please review those also study the jobs background they will want to know about the position you applied for and details you know about it. After interview was told I would be given a call in a week to see if I got the job the called back the following week and offer me a contingent job offer pending background and drug screen

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
