Interview
All behavioral type questions, lasted approximately an hour. They are looking for and do expect specific examples in the responses so take time to practice with behavioral (tell me about a time when...) type scenarios. Panel of 3 people, although they were welcoming and not intimidating in their approach to the process.

I am not accustomed to behavioral type questions in an interview so I was initially taken aback by the 1st question, struggled with some specific detailed examples, also be aware that the questions are multifaceted so there are multiple questions within the question one must answer.

Interview
I first had a phone interview. A couple of weeks later I got a call for a face to face interview. A group of two women interviewed me. The interview lasted 45 minutes. The security was an issue and confusing to everyone so arrive early. We sat down at a big round table and they asked questions and wrote down what I said.

Talk about accountability(asked both on the phone and in person). They must really like this question. Describe how you asked a co-worker/boss for help and what was the outcome. Most questions were on PARS and if you fit into the culture there.
