Phone interview led to contingent job offer. After back ground check cleared, job offer confirmed. Before phone interview, applicant must take skills test to show aptitude. The phone interview is a formality, in my opinion.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
