I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Birmingham, AL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied on line. A week later I received an email stating that I had been selected for the assessment test. The first part was a typing test and second was simulation. Within a couple days after the test, a recruiter called an set up a phone interview within a week. The phone interview took place exactly at the time scheduled. The interview went well and the recruiter was very nice and down to earth. A little advice, do some research on the company and glassdoor is a great website to prepare; it certainly helped me. So after the interview, he told me if selected I should hear something within 2 weeks and if not, I would receive a email within 48 hours. Well, he called back about 30 minutes later with a contingent offer!!!😁 I am currently waiting on my background check and drug test clearance.
