I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Oct 2016
Interview
I filled out the application online and within a few days received an email with testing information required for the position. The tests were pretty easy one being your average typing test and the other an interactive system that places you in a call center where you have to act as if you're a representative. A day after completing the test an email was sent saying that I had successfully completed the test and if chosen would be selected for an interview. A few days later I received an email asking which days and times I would be available for the interview. My recruiter called right on time and the interview lasted about 20 minutes while she asked me various questions mostly regarding how I have handled past experiences with customers. After the interview I was told to expect a response in a couple of days.
