Within a few days of applying online I received an online assessment that consists of a WPM typing test and a call center simulation. After I completed the online assessment, I received an email to set up a 45 minute phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked background/experience questions and behavioral type questions. I have office experience with high volume calls, and I have just completed an associate of science in May 2016. I left my full-time office job in August 2015 to complete my assoicate's. I was questioned as to why I have a 'gap' in my employment, and the only gap I have is for school reasons. I explained this to the recruiter. I also explained that I was okay with part-time employment since I am a full-time student finishing up a bachelors. It seemed as if this did not sit okay with her and I did not get a job offer. So much for State Farm recruiting students around my campus. I WILL NOT consider applying here after I finish my bachelors in computer science.
