Applied online, received email in response to application to take survey, I receive a second emailing requesting phone interview, I do the phone interview which leads to an in person interview in which I was hired but had to acquire insurance licenses which took 2-3 weeks.

What experience have you had in this field before?
The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.
