Interview

Phone interview, followed by 2 in-person interviews, followed by online personality test. They offered me the position pending the results of the personality quiz. Apparently I didn't do well on the quiz because the corporate headquarters wouldn't allow the manager to hire me. I must have a flawed personality haha
